When searching for a Green Bay family photographer, you're probably not just looking for the pretty photos.
You're might be wondering:
Will this feel natural?
Will she help us with outfits?
What if my kids are wild?
Will I know what to do?
So I wanted to share what it actually looks like to work with me. From the moment you inquire to the final gallery delivery and why my approach to family and motherhood photography in Green Bay is rooted in intention, preparation, and connection.
Before your session, it's important to me that you have a comfortable and guided experience.
When you send the initial inquiry, I'll immediately want to get on the phone with you because it's important to me that I get to know you, your personality and family dynamics. Most importantly, I will always want to make sure that we are a fit for each other. You are trusting me with such an important season in your life and it's important to me that we really take the time before you decide to say "yes" and book with me!
When you do book with me, you don’t just receive a confirmation email. You receive:
- A thoughtful welcome guide filled with tips, tricks and what to expect
- Personalized styling guidance: this is something I deeply care about because it directly impacts how your gallery feels.
- Ongoing communication from me, not just at booking but throughout your entire experience
Whether we’re planning a studio motherhood session, in-home newborn photography or outdoor family session at golden-hour in Wisconsin, I guide you toward soft, cohesive tones, natural textures, and pieces that photograph beautifully without feeling trendy or overdone. I help you avoid the things that don’t translate well on camera and instead choose pieces that feel timeless and honest.
Because when you look back at these images years from now, I want them to still feel absolutley beautiful.

"I will never leave you wondering what to do."

On session day, you don't have to overly perform.
One of the biggest concerns I hear from families looking for a Green Bay motherhood or family photographer is "my kid's don't sit still or I'm just not good at posing and it feels awkward."
And honestly? That is fine! My sessions are not about stiff posing because throughout the entire session I will encourage play, a tickle fest, connection, movement while gently guiding you on what feels natural in that moment. I will never leave you wondering what to do because during a session with me I will always gently guide you into natural movement.
A few things you'll here me say is:
- Let's play and tickle!
- Look toward me or look toward each other.
- Grab the little toes or hands and talk to your babies
- Look at each other and think back to a moment you truly cherished with each other
If your toddler runs, I follow.
If your baby needs to nurse, we pause.
If we need a minute, we take it.
Especially during in-home newborn sessions, I move slowly and intentionally. Your home doesn’t need to be spotless and your children don’t need to behave perfectly because that's the whole point and the magic in all the in-between moments I am watching for!
My editing style is soft, timeless and true to you in that season of life
I have always said that the editing phase is where it all comes together in focus. My editing style is soft, timeless and true-to-life. I focus on natural skin tones, gentle highlights, and preserving the emotion of the moment rather than overpowering it with heavy filters or trends.
I don’t chase dramatic edits, oversaturate or lean into harsh contrast but instead I carefully hand-edit each image so your gallery feels cohesive, calm, and timeless. Whether it’s a milestone photography session in Green Bay or a quiet newborn morning at home, my goal is the same:
I want you to feel something when you look at your images.

"To give you an experience that feels calm, thoughtful, and completed supported from beginning to end."

The Experience from Start to Finish
Here’s what working with me typically looks like:
1. You inquire, and we connect about your vision and timing.
2. I guide you through planning and styling so you feel fully prepared.
3. Session day feels relaxed, natural, and gently directed.
4. I carefully edit and curate your final gallery with intention.
As a Wisconsin family photographer, my goal is not just to give you beautiful images but to also give you an experience that feels calm, thoughtful, and completely supported from beginning to end.
If you're looking for a Green Bay family or motherhood photographer
And you’re drawn to imagery that feels soft, honest, emotional, intentional and nature light focused...
I would be honored to document your season of life.
Whether it’s welcoming a newborn, celebrating a milestone, or simply preserving the everyday magic of your family, this chapter deserves to be remembered.
